He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained the process of clearing out the pipes thoroughly. I appreciated his transparency about the costs and what needed to be done. The work was completed efficiently, and I was amazed at how quickly he resolved the blockage. Not only did he clear the pipes, but he also took the time to check for any other potential issues and offered helpful maintenance tips to prevent future problems.

Amazing service and amazing price. I had a sewer emergency and the owner came out personally and they started replacing it the next business day. He charged half what I would have expected for the work and did a great job. I have only one tiny nitpicky complaint, which is that he over promised on the timeframe in which the project would be done. It took him almost twice as long as he promised to hook up the sewer. Still, it doesn't matter because what he promised was about one eighth the amount of time I would have considered reasonable for the project, and he actually finished it in about one fifth of the time I would have considered reasonable, so still amazing. Use this guy.

We called Plumbing Express to help troubleshoot our rooftop unit that we thought was near the end of its life. They responded quickly, diagnosed the issue (years of dog hair had traveled through the return air duct and clogged the coils!), cleaned and serviced the unit, and had it back up and cooling by night's end. We will use them again because they were TRUSTWORTHY, RESPONSIVE, and KNOWLEDGEABLE. To that end, the technician went a step further to explain how to clean the unit, so we don't run into the same issue. I would recommend them to anyone!

Bad company. Bad service. Bad communication. Stephan (owner I think), got paid for a job and disappeared half way through. Literally disappeared. I spent a month and a half trying to call and text him but no response. His crew even stole my faucet I provided which had to get retrieved the following week. Very Weird experience. Debating on even going to court for it. I had to hire another plumber to finish the job and that went well after. Extremely strange company. I found out after, he had his license suspended for prior violations on a different job and just got his license back. Hopefully he can hold onto it this time. Why start something you didn’t intend on finishing? Why not communicate why you may stop work? Why would the crew leave with items they didn’t come with (my faucet)? Why did he accept the job in the first place knowing the scope of things? Really weird.
